Prime Property Award 2008

Union Investment Real Estate AG, one of Europe’s leading property investment
management companies, launches an Award to
honour ecologically sustainable architectural planning property investments in Europe that combine sustained commercial success with meeting societal needs. Projects must visibly promote the quality of their location as part of a forward-looking investment policy, while also featuring environmentally friendly building planning.The awardis organised with the collaboration of the International Union of Architect’.

Eligibility
This award is open to
architects and urban planners along with property investors and owners who are invited to jointly submit property projects implemented or completed in the period 2000-2007. Real estate projects may concern new constructions, redevelopments or refurbishments, commercial and/or residential use, in urban locations in the countries of the European Union, with a minimum rental space of 10,000 square metres. Selection will be made in 2 stages. A maximum of 30 entries will be selected by the jury from among the stage 1 submissions to proceed to stage 2.
